Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
A real person, day or night
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Stanton area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
Where these commitments stop
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
